Cornerstone put a new HVAC system, with a humidifier, and a new water heater in our house during a remodeling project. They did a wonderful job. Installed everything when they said they would. We couldn’t have been happier. They answered all of our questions. Staff were very personable and very professional.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. Every time I’ve needed help with my with my geo or furnace they’ve been quick to respond, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. What really stands out to me is that they don’t just fix the problem and leave—they take the time to explain what’s going on with my system so I actually understand it.

It’s rare to find a company that’s both trustworthy and genuinely cares about their customers, but they absolutely do. I’ve never felt pressured, overcharged, or left in the dark. They consistently go above and beyond, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my HVAC needs.

I have been a customer of Cornerstone Comfort Solutions for many years. They did a great job servicing and maintaining our first geothermal unit and 23 years later when it was time to replace the original unit, they did a great job installing our new geothermal unit. Friendly, responsive, reliable, and knowledgeable is how I would describe them. 👍👍Two thumbs up.

Winston the technician did an excellent job checking and making sure my furnace was operational for the season. He did more than some of the companies I have had out. Also, Raymond, the owner, came to my house directly and did an excellent job telling me my options of an upgrade with out the pressure. Really great people. This is how a company should be ran. I HIGHLY recommend this company.

Cornerstone Comfort has been meeting our heating/cooling needs for many years. We have always been very satisfied with their service! With the installation of our new closed-loop geothermal unit, we were not disappointed. There was great attention to detail with the removal of the old unit, the installation of the new unit and making sure I understand how to operate the new system. I highly recommend them!

We recently found ourselves in the unfortunate circumstance of having our furnace go out. Even worse, it was on a weekend. And it was an extremely cold weekend. I called Cornerstone and was able to speak to an on-call technician right away. They were at our house less than an hour later and got the furnace going again. We really appreciated having someone respond so quickly and efficiently, especially on a weekend.

I had a new furnace and A/C installed in my home. Cornerstone employees were Adam, Jeff and Keith. These employees were very informative, professional, and hard workers. They worked in the heat and rain. Cornerstone should be proud to have employees like the 3 that were here working for them and representing their company name. It doesn't get any better than that. I have had a short, but very satisfying so far, experience with Cornerstone Comfort Solutions. I found Cornerstone through a retired heating and cooling company owner, who researched businesses that install and maintain American Standard appliances and recommended Cornerstone. I have had 2 system maintenance appointments. The service providers have been very professional and courteous. They seem knowledgeable. They have explained their maintenance process clearly and in detail throughout their visits to my home. They have explained any issues and recommendations thoroughly and have answered all questions patiently.

My AC stopped working. I called Cornerstone Comfort Solutions and spoke with Ray at 7 AM, and he had his technician to my house within an hour. The technician was very nice and professional. They had my AC issues diagnosed and repaired very quickly. If I could give 10 stars, I would. I highly recommend calling Cornerstone Comfort Solutions!!

I had a very nice young man named Kieth here last Thursday to service my split system. He was the PERFECT combination of Professional/Personable. So nice that he offered to dump a large heavy bucket for me...But so professional that the job was done quickly and proficiently...You could tell IMMEDIATELY how much cooler the air was when he was finished!!! He also followed up right away on a leak I had been experiencing with the unit. I have ALWAYS counted on Cornerstone for my heating and cooling needs!!! It gives me peace of mind to know I can count on them!!! Brian himself was even here after hours not long ago for an unrelated electrical issue that was causing me concern...A+++
